Inspection
We evaluate your carpet’s fiber and condition, and map out high-traffic lanes and spots that need extra attention.
Pre-Treatment
A plant-based prespray goes on traffic areas and stains to loosen embedded dirt and oils.
Deep Agitation
Our counter-rotating brush (CRB) machine works the organic dry compound deep into the fibers, where it grabs onto soil.
Vacuum and Finish
We vacuum away the compound along with the dirt it captured, then groom the pile and check for any remaining spots.

Loving your pets doesn’t mean you love their messes. Pet accidents leave behind more than a spot: the odor comes from residue that soaks into the fibers, and most cleaners only mask it.

Carpet Cleaning FAQs
How long does carpet take to dry?
About 60 minutes. Our dry compound uses a fraction of the water steam cleaning does, so most carpets are ready to walk on in about an hour. Very humid days or thick, plush carpet can add a little time.
Is it safe for pets and children?
Yes. Our plant-based prespray and nontoxic dry compound were chosen for homes with kids and pets, and they leave no sticky residue. We just ask that little ones and pets stay out of the room while we work.
Do you move furniture?
We move light furniture like chairs, end tables and ottomans. We don't move beds, dressers, electronics or very heavy pieces. Picking up small items, toys and breakables before we arrive helps us reach as much carpet as possible.
Can you remove pet urine and old stains?
Often, yes. Our Good Boy, Bad Dog Stain and Odor Enzyme Treatment breaks down the source of pet odors rather than masking them. Some old or set-in stains, especially ones that have permanently dyed the fibers, may lighten rather than disappear, and we’ll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
How often should carpet be cleaned?
Every 6 to 12 months for most homes. Homes with pets, young kids or allergy sufferers often do best every 3 to 6 months, and busy commercial spaces may need more frequent service.
